Dr. Brad Trimble

Dr. Brad Trimble serves as the content lead for The RP Group’s professional development programs for institutional research, planning, and effectiveness professionals. He is also responsible for resource development, community and member engagement activities.

Prior to his current role, Brad served as a project director for the Institutional Effectiveness Partnership Initiative sponsored by the state Chancellor’s Office. He also brings experience as a campus-based faculty researcher focused on equity and student success and many years leading student services programs.

Brad earned a PhD in educational leadership from the University of Nevada, Reno, an MA in educational leadership, and a BS in business finance from Sacramento State University.
