Caitlin Busso
Regional Representative (2024-2026)
Caitlin Busso is currently a Research Analyst at Norco College, a position she has held since 2012. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and went on to complete a master’s degree in cognitive psychology and evaluation from Claremont Graduate University.
Caitlin is currently participating on a team in The RP Group’s Leading from the Middle program and serves as a statewide representative on the Common Course Numbering Technology and Processes Workgroup. She has recently served on an Institutional Effectiveness Partnership Initiative (IEPI) Partnership Resource Team, a statewide Equitable Course Placement and Completion Community of Practice, and the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities Data Equity Fellowship.
Caitlin’s research focuses on student equity, guided pathways, and AB 705/1705, emphasizing data-informed decision-making locally. Her current research interests include data governance and data literacy.
