Connie Tan

Connie Tan serves as The RP Group’s in-house graphic designer for digital and print projects, such as annual reports, logos, slide templates, infographics, and content for our website. She assists with the production and deployment of e-newsletters and emails, as well as supports The RP Group’s social media channels. In addition, Connie formats research briefs, reports, and other organizational resources according to style templates and with accessibility compliance considerations. She has been a key contributor to the creation of visual marketing materials for annual professional development conferences and events.

Connie first joined The RP Group as a freelance graphic designer in 2016, before joining the staff in 2022. She previously worked as a front-end developer and UX/UI designer. She holds a BA in psychology from San Jose State University as well as a BS in graphic and web design from The Art Institute of California - San Francisco.
