Emil Mubarakshin
Regional Representative (2025-2027)
Emil Mubarakshin currently serves as a Research Analyst at Los Angeles Mission College, where he leads efforts to provide data-informed insights by designing interactive dashboards for the campus community. His work focuses on guided pathways and student equity, supporting the college’s mission of fostering student success.
Emil holds a master’s degree in road transport economics from the Tashkent Automobile and Road Institute (Uzbekistan), a master’s in transportation management from Cranfield University (United Kingdom), and a certificate in environmental change and management from Oxford University (United Kingdom).
Emil has also participated in several professional development initiatives, including California Community Colleges’ Success Network’s (3CSN) Basic Skills Initiative Leadership Institute (BSILI) and The RP Group’s Leading From the Middle Academy—programs aimed at advancing inclusive practices and a student-centered approach to education. He continues to pursue professional development as a means to enhance research practices and foster collaboration across campus constituencies, all in support of student achievement.
