Jake Kevari

Jake Kevari has over 14 years of community college experience, holding classified professional, faculty, and administrator positions at various California community colleges. Currently, Jake is the Vice President of Planning and Development at Moreno Valley College, where he is responsible for administrating, coordinating, and communicating an integrated college-wide planning and research program that utilizes data-informed decision-making. He is also responsible for grants, marketing, and college-wide professional development that aligns supports with expectations.

Previously, Jake held positions as a Chief Instructional Officer, Economics Faculty Member, Accreditation Liaison Officer, and Research Analyst. With extensive accreditation experience, Jake has led a college through a successful site visit, serving as the Accreditation Liaison Officer, and has also served on four site visit teams.

Jake was born and raised in the Inland Empire, where he currently resides and works. Jake received his Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics in 2008 and his Master’s in Economics in 2010 from the University of California, Riverside. He is currently The RP Group’s Board President after originally joining the Board as an at-large member in 2017.
