Lila Tavelli
Associate Director of Professional Development
Lila Tavelli leads event coordination and logistics for a diverse portfolio of in-person and virtual RP Group events, including the Leading from the Middle (LFM) Program, Strengthening Student Success Conference, RP Conference, IRPE Summer-to-Summer Institute, and the Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Program. In addition, she oversees The RP Group’s membership program and the Board election process.
Before stepping into her current role, Lila served as the organization’s financial and contract management associate. She brings over a decade of experience in theater, hospitality, and event planning to her work, combining creativity with meticulous organizational skills. Lila earned her BA in Theater Arts from Emerson College.
