Matty Burns
Executive Assistant
As Executive Assistant, Matty Burns works to support The RP Group’s leadership as they drive forward strategic goals. Matty supports the Executive Director, Director of Operations, and the Board of Directors with logistics, project management, and communications.
Matty joined The RP Group in 2025, coming with more than 10 years of professional experience in nonprofit management, board support, and executive communications. Previously Matty served as Chief of Staff for the New Mexico State University Foundation and as Engagement Manager for Israel Engagement at Combined Jewish Philanthropies in Boston.
Matty holds a BA in literature from Connecticut College and an MBA from New Mexico State University. He lives in Orange County with his husband Ryan.
