Sandra Morales

Sandra Morales plays a critical role in ensuring the effective and efficient functioning of the organization. She oversees the organization’s daily operations, develops and implements policies and processes, ensures seamless and effective communication across the executive team, Board, and staff, and supports the Executive Director with effective decision-making, project management, and execution of strategic organizational initiatives. Sandra serves as the primary deputy to the Executive Director, providing essential support and leverage to drive the success of the organization.

Sandra joined The RP Group in 2019, coming with more than 12 years of professional experience in business, finance, audit, and accounting. In her previous finance roles, she also had a passion for employee growth and development, equity, diversity, and inclusion, event planning, and team morale.

Sandra holds a BA in business economics and accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
