Environmental Scan: Key Issues Facing California Community Colleges

A project focused on outlining both internal and external trends shaping the future of the California Community College system and its 72 districts at the time as part of the Statewide Strategic Planning Process for California Community Colleges. The analysis included a review of the national and state literature and a review of system-wide trends related to access, progression of students, workforce development, graduation, basic skill development, and transfer.
